Overview : A residential scheme for a residential developer, including large and medium sized villas, condominium units and restaurants / leisure facilities set in themed landscaping.
Design: The site was masterplanned to utilise the natural slope of the site, entering at the lowest level with restaurant and club house facilities. Condominium unitswere terraced into the hillside leading up to the larger villas at the highest point with views out across the bay.
Role: Led Small team and coordinated with the Managing Director to deliver the concept and part schematic design.
