Overview : A residential development including 20 apartments and 4 town houses on the former site of a community centre in the Knighton Park area of Leicester.
Design: The contemporary design was formulated using the size and scale of adjacent properties as reference with a mix of both modern and locally sourced materials. Utilising the site to its maximum potential was a key part of the brief, therefore the site was planned such as to locate an apartment block at the front of the site addressing the street frontage with 4 town houses at the rear with full service and parking access as required.
