Overview : A 200 room boutique resort located around 2 hours north of Vientiane. The design included for a casino, restaurant, bars, retail and leisure facilities and was planned around an existing golf course.
Design: The boutique hotel was designed in a French colonial style around formal gardens and colonnaded retail and F & B spaces facing out onto the existing lake. In addition to the boutique hotel, the site was also designed to accommodate a 4 star hotel, golf academy, individual villas, water villas and also apartments.
Role: Led Small team in Masterplanning and concept design and coordinated with the Managing Director to deliver the pre-concept scheme.
