Overview : A 100+ storey landmark tower in the Makati district of Manila. The tower is designed to include a 4 storey podium providing retail, F & B and leisure facilities, with offices, hotel and serviced apartments above.
Design: The glass tower is designed as a streamlined super-tall building, minimising wind loads and allowing as much natural ventilation as possible throughout its height. Transition floors allow landscaping from the regions of the Philippines to be brought into the building and creating a link between what will be the Philippines tallest tower and both National and Regional identities.
Role: Led Masterplanning and concept design and coordinated with the Managing Director to deliver the concept scheme.
